How it Works
PHASE 1: FUTURE DEFINED
At the end of this phase, you'll come away with a clear picture of the future you're trying to build - and the career capital you're bringing with you from service.
So you can make decisions from ambition, evidence and self-respect - rather than panic, pressure or whatever looks sensible from the outside.
PHASE 2: DIRECTION CALIBRATED
Here we evaluate which career routes genuinely fit your experience, ambitions, lifestyle, salary expectations and longer-term goals.
You'll come away with a clear, calibrated career direction, including what level you should be aiming for, where your experience offers the most value, and which options you can let go of.
PHASE 3: MARKET READY
You'll leave this phase knowing how to position yourself credibly for the market you've chosen - with your military experience translated into clear civilian value, a strong professional identity, and the tools and strategy to start creating the right opportunities.
That includes your CV, LinkedIn positioning, and a personalised plan for how you'll go to market.

Best suited to: Service Leavers/Veterans with enough runway to make deliberate career decisions before they need to secure their next move. For serving personnel, around 10+ months before transition is ideal.
