From Service to Success: Transition Accelerator
Your 12-week Intensive 1:1 Transition Programme

For Service Leavers with limited resettlement time, who want to make well-judged career decisions under pressure - without panic or guesswork.

This programme is for you is:

  • You're in your last 6 months of service and it feels like the timeline is getting louder than your thinking.

  • You're doing "all the right things" - courses, CV tweaks, applications - but still don't feel clear on what you're aiming for

  • You feel pressure to land something, but you're worried about getting it wrong and having to undo it later

  • You know this is a defining career move don't want panic or noise to drive the decision

  • You want clarity before committing to a role, not six months after

  • You want support that helps you think clearly under time pressure - not generic advice or rushed reassurance

  • You don't want to figure this out alone, but you also don't want to be pushed into action just to quiety the uncertainty

The Service to Success: Transition Accelerator is designed to slow things down just enough for you to think clearly again.

We create space to work out what matters to you now, and what doesn’t. We translate your experience properly, so your CV, LinkedIn profile and interview answers all tell the same story.

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will:

  • Know where you fit in the civilian world, and why

  • Understand your transferable skills and how to articulate them clearly

  • Feel confident speaking about your experience without military jargon

  • Hold a polished, employer-ready CV and LinkedIn profile that actually reflects your experience.

  • Perform confidently in interviews with strong, relevant examples of your skills.

  • Navigate conversations with employers with ease and authenticity.

  • Translate your military background into civilian language that lands.

  • Have a personalised transition plan you can follow long after the programme ends.

  • Feel fully in control of your next chapter, not overwhelmed by it.

How It Works

PHASE 1: RESET

Stabilise resettlement and get your footing back.

This is where we slow the noise, get everything out of your head and onto paper, and make sure the rest of your transition feels controlled and considered, not rushed or reactive.

We get clear on:

  • What actually matters to you right now, given the time you’ve got left

  • Where you add the most value, what you’re good at, and how you work best

  • The kind of environments, cultures and expectations you’ll thrive in (and the ones to rule out early)

  • Where your confidence has taken a knock since resettlement started - and how that’s affecting your decisions

  • What you want this next chapter to stand for, in terms of work, identity and life after the military

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clear picture of what you’re working towards - something that feels right for you, is achievable and worth committing to

  • A stronger sense of your own worth and what you bring to the table

  • Direction and stability, instead of second-guessing every decision

  • The confidence to make decisions for the rest of your transition without hesitation or doubt

PHASE 2: REPOSITION

Turn your experience into something that makes sense outside the military.

This is where the fog lifts. We stop hovering between options and get precise about where you fit, at what level and why.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Pinpoint the skills and leadership strengths you already have - without downplaying or overlooking them

  • Talk about your military experience in a way civilian employers actually understand and respect

  • See what employers are really hiring for, and how to show you meet the mark

  • Get clear on your level and responsibility so you don’t aim too low or sell yourself short

  • Narrow things down to roles and environments that genuinely suit you, rather than keeping everything open

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clear, realistic shortlist of roles and sectors that you can confidently commit to

  • Strong, plain-English language you can confidently use in conversations, applications and interviews

  • A boost in confidence about where you sit in the civilian market and why

  • A clear direction that replaces haphazard job searching with a deliberate, intentional plan

PHASE 3: RE-ENGAGE

Execute with confidence and show up well.

This phase is about putting everything into practice so you’re not heading into interviews, conversations or applications feeling exposed or unprepared.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Write a CV that actually sounds like you - and reflects the level you’ve been operating at, not a watered-down version

  • Shape your LinkedIn so it quietly does the positioning work for you, even when you’re not actively applying

  • Walk into interviews feeling calm and prepared, with clear examples that land, instead of rambling

  • Talk about what you bring to the table in everyday conversations - not just formal applications

  • Build genuine industry connections without awkward cold messages or cringy “networking”

  • Put a job-search routine in place that’s focused, realistic and fits around real life

You’ll walk away with:

  • A civilian-ready CV you can use with confidence

  • A LinkedIn profile that positions you at the right level and attracts the right kind of attention

  • Interview stories and examples you can deliver clearly and calmly

  • A straightforward, authentic approach to networking that actually opens doors

  • A clear transition plan so you know exactly what to focus on after the programme ends

Tools you’ll use

  • Transition Readiness Assessment to understand where you are right now, and what needs actioning first

  • Values & Non-negotiables Map to define your limits, priorities and realities so you stop wasting time on roles that won’t work.

  • Your Civvy Compass – a one-page snapshot capturing who you are professionally and what you want next

  • Transferable Skills Map - a breakdown of your strongest skills and leadership attributes that matter most to civilian employers.

WHY THIS WORKS

This isn’t traditional coaching - and it’s definitely not a tick-box resettlement exercise.

You’re working with someone who’s actually been there, and who understands what it takes to make the right move then time is tight.

I bring together:

  • RAF veteran experience

  • 12+ years in civilian recruitment and hiring

  • Senior operations & management experience inside large organisations

  • Lived understanding of the emotional, practical and identity shift of leaving

  • A calm, structured approach that cuts through the noise and helps you focus on what matters now

You get a deep level of support from someone who understands both worlds, service and civilian, and can bridge them for you.

I am genuinely in your corner throughout the programme, giving you clear, practical support to help you make confident decisions and move forward with intent.
